How to remove GSM and 2-MIB

Geosmin(GSM) and 2-methylisoborneol (MIB) are the main sources of malodor in drinking water. The main reason for the production of these two substances is seaweed pollution. The odor thresholds of geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol (MIB) are so low that very small amounts can cause unpleasant odors and tastes in drinking water.
